This is the privacy and cookie policy for the MAPPS (Managed and Planned Procurement Solutions) website.  The MAPPS consortium consists of Buro Happold Limited, RLB | Rider Levett Bucknall Limited, Taylor Wessing LLP and LLB Investment Limited.

The information you voluntarily provide us through this site (which may include your name, company, address and contact details such as your telephone number, email address or fax number) will be used solely for the purposes of satisfying your requests, such as publications or recruitment brochures.  If you have emailed us with an enquiry (for example, in relation to a press release or forthcoming seminar or other event) we will use your email address to respond to your query.  Once we have dealt with your request, your details may be kept for a limited period for internal administrative purposes only so that we can keep track of what types and numbers of requests we are receiving through the website.
